This week brings more adventures as I continue to serve in this nonprofit role. There is something indescribable that happens when our team comes together, whether virtually or physically. It is all about the faith, humility, and heart posture of each individual person. The whole is greater than the sum of the parts. Romans 1:11-12 captures this as closely as words are able: ESV: For I long to see you, that I may impart to you some spiritual gift to strengthen you— that is, that we may be mutually encouraged by each other’s faith, both yours and mine. TPT: I yearn to come and be face-to-face with you and get to know you. For I long to impart to you some spiritual gift that will empower you to stand strong in your faith. Now, this means that when we come together and are side by side, something wonderful will be released. We can expect to be co-encouraged and co-comforted by each other’s faith! What does your team do for and with each other? How much co-creating is there vs. competing? What is the alignment to the mission? Are there servant leaders building and growing the team members?
