Just some thoughts on a Friday afternoon. Marché has earned a reputation of excellence in every aspect of OCS and Pantry. Our Micro Markets are 💯 as well. The key difference? We ensure that everything we do is uniform and as close to perfect as it can be. I walked out of our Farmingdale warehouse today and witnessed one of our trucks getting washed. It was later in the day, and I noticed the driver's dedication in getting it ready for the next week. He emphasized the importance of maintaining cleanliness, mentioning that all other 14 trucks were spotless. He refused to go home until his truck matched the standard set by the rest. How did we achieve this level of success in just 3 years? It all comes down to dedication, hiring and training the best team members possible, and never losing sight of the fact that we are only as good as our last fill. Next time you spot your providers' trucks, take a moment to observe. Are they refrigerated? Do the route drivers have food safety training?
