I ran the below through ScottGPT and this is what came back: "We felt like the best way to ensure there is enough inventory for all of Amazon's consumers to receive product within two days was to force our partner brands to allocate a substantial amount of inventory to Amazon, therefore increasing their reliance on Amazon as a sales channel. If they do not comply, we will penalize them for it by charging them a small fee for low inventory on top of the other fee we charge them for holding the inventory." #amazon #amazonseller #amazonfba #ecommerce

There isn’t a single Amazon go-to-market strategy that works for every organization. For brands with oversized products or a catalog that’s largely below $10, 1P is probably the best option. For everyone else, 3P should at least be a consideration.
