On this episode of Entrepreneur Rx, I sat down with Ed Connors, a serial entrepreneur with a diverse background in engineering, aviation, and electronics. Ed has been in the healthcare and public health space for the last 25 years, focusing on addressing health disparities and improving access to care. He is currently the founder of Heudia Health, which has created a platform called AccessMeCare. The platform was inspired when Ed noticed a child with obesity in one of his STEM education programs. This led him to develop a technology platform that brings together different community organizations to address complex health problems. AccessMeCare aims to eliminate barriers to care, improve collaboration, and help individuals find the most appropriate centers of care. In this interview, Ed emphasizes the importance of community engagement and team building in implementing technology solutions. He also highlights the need to focus on proactive care and reducing barriers to access.
