I have a role to join the funds team of a leading US firm and secondaries is the key focus: Ideally, our client wants to consider candidates funds lawyers with core secondaries experience but will also consider primary fundraising funds lawyers looking to specialise in to this exciting market. Equally, Private Equity M&A lawyers who are attracted to specialising in secondaries are very welcome.
