Dedicated to transforming artists’ mindsets and careers, BUTTER has maximized the earnings of Black visual artists by giving 100% of sale proceeds back to the artists. SomeraRoad Inc.'s St Elmo Public Market redevelopment project was recently highlighted by the Austin American-Statesman. The article named Austin's St. Elmo neighborhood a "hotbed for development", spotlighting key projects throughout the buzzing neighborhood. Acquired by SomeraRoad in November 2023, St Elmo Public Market has been fully leased to Pins Mechanical Co. – set to open in early 2025. The project additionally includes an adjacent land parcel. Last week, our team gathered to celebrate the grand opening of residential tower #Prima at Paseo South Gulch with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
