Yesterday served as part 1 of 4 in a St. Charles county super region launch. A starfish abstravaganza as it was named. F3 is a Starfish organization. To learn more, the below is quoted from a 2016 F3 post here on LinkedIn: “F3 IS A STARFISH A Starfish is a distinct type of Organization. It is flat, having no hierarchical Governance or tangled bureaucratic web Each of the appendages of a Starfish is self-sufficient. If cut-off it grows into a Starfish of its own. The Starfish then grows a new appendage. F3 chose the Starfish as its Organizational model in order to harness the genius and energy of the many Leaders within its ranks.”

Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month & Advancing Equality As we embrace Hispanic Heritage Month, it's crucial to recognize the remarkable contributions of Latinos have made to the development and growth of our country. Let's also acknowledge the work that remains in achieving equality, particularly in closing the wage gap for Latinas and promoting diversity in corporate leadership. The Latina wage gap persists, with Latinas earning just 55 cents for every dollar earned by their white, non-Hispanic male counterparts. This disparity is not just a statistic; it's a barrier to economic security and prosperity for countless families. To truly celebrate and honor our Hispanic heritage, we must advocate for change: 1st **Equal Pay**: Encourage pay equity initiatives and transparency in your organizations. 2) **Diverse Leadership**: Advocate for Latinas in leadership roles, from the boardroom to the C-suite. 3) **Mentorship & Sponsorship**: Create mentorship programs to uplift Latino talent.
