The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our IT Services and solutions to clients. The Sales Specialist will play a key role in building and maintaining customer relationships, understanding client needs, and driving revenue growth. This position requires a combination of sales acumen and excellent communication skills. Key Requirements: 1. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the organization's IT products and solutions. Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies. 3. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client requirements and tailor product offerings to meet their specific needs. 4. Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling and effective product presentations to prospective clients. Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products and solutions. 5. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide valuable insights and feedback to enhance product offerings. 6. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape. Analyze customer feedback and market data to refine sales strategies. 7. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions.
