Hi, I'd like to talk about the gaps between technology and the business specific to retail CG, let's think about the customer first. The customer says I bought this lipstick at Sephora. They don't think I bought this at sephora.com or I physically walked into a Sephora store to buy this lipstick. They're already thinking seamlessly across these channels. But our organizations and our technology and our data is siloed. So how can we achieve that seamless customer experience when operationally we don't work that way? If you think about it, marketing, IT, e-commerce, finance, they're all these different departments and bringing those together is quite the challenge. And thinking about all the technology that's enabling that customer experience and how they're falling in all of these different organizations. So that's where soft serve can help. You know, if you think about the way the customer is acquired, it is online, offline shipment and repeat purchases. There's a lot of technology that enabled that, but some are in the retail department, a POS system or an ecommerce platform and ERP. If we want to achieve that seamless customer experience, all of that technology needs to be integrated and it also has to work cross functionally in those departments need to be talking together. So that's where Softserve come in. We can identify the gaps. And the needs to bring people together, yes, them on the same page. And then what is the optimal technology to enable this customer experience we've been talking about for really decades? Let us help you.
