Now, as well as showing your customers' faces with this widget, you can click them to see the full testimonial, and CTA for your product or service. The problem? Do we push this live on to our customers' websites without telling them, or do we ask them to opt in? We think the change is fantastic, but our customers trust us enough to embed our code on their website. We don't want to lose that trust by making product changes that they might not like and without the permission. Is this a big enough change to require an optin? It offers accessible and cost-effective video editing, making it way more easy and affordable compared to professional platforms like Adobe Premiere. As someone who dabbles in video editing, I've checked out Capcut myself. It seems to cater well to the fast cuts and flashy templates commonly found on Instagram and TikTok, and doesn't demand powerful hardware, which lowers the entry barrier. And the people of "Broke Ad School HAVE TAKEN THIS SERIOUSLY." In just 5 years Andy with his s-m-a-l-l & in-house team of creatives have... - made packaging water truly sustainable & fun. - Created a commercial that has a death metal but it's just about kids drinking canned water in the most metal way. - Created an aluminium can recycling initiative called "The Glory Hole" - Created a commercial that has zombies, where humans are drinking more water so they can help the zombies hydrate. - Instead of paying $7million for a super bowl and, they sold an ad space on the side of their packaging box to "Coinbase" for 50 million $ (repeat sales) (I might be wrong). - Created a fan base that's got liquid death logo tattooed on their body. - Created selling your soul to a company leagal (just kidding). - Created a company that's worth over $700 million Man, people are now literally taking liquid death to their graves. Talk about brand loyalty. Talk about going crazy over a brand. The most amazing thing about it was how they just have a small team of creatives, like really really small, and more amazing was how they believe in coming up with ideas and implementing them right away without wasting any time. When we launched eero to the market, our marketing and positioning nailed it. Here are the 5 things we did to make the launch shine: 1. Worked backwards by starting with the Press Release 2. Painstakingly crafted the experience from video ad, to website, to packaging, to unboxing, to in-app copy for setting up eero 3. Aimed to WOW our first audience: tech reviewers. We had thick card-stock 'reviewer guide', briefed well in advance to make CEO available, and tried to give an overwhelming sense that we do things that don't scale. 4. Published an amazing launch video 5. Followed-through by treating the launch as just the beginning, continuing to pitch press, run ads, make it dead-simple to buy and set up, and by improving customer experience weekly.
