Our very own Jason Baisden (Service Director) and Rebecca Flores - DeLeon (Talent Acquisition) teammates were invited to be part of the advisory committee members for Dubiski's Maintenance and Light Repair automotive program. Yesterday they gathered with a group of industry leaders to kick off the first advisory committee meeting. We are so excited for their partnership with Dubiski to prepare young men and women's lives for a career in the automotive industry. We have truly enjoyed being intern providers for Dubiski’s Automotive program.

🥳Today marks my 10-year anniversary at Waldom Electronics. From an internship to global VP of Data & Digital, it's been quite a journey. In today's world where it's not uncommon to change employers every year or two, many ask me, "Isn't it time for something else?" Here are the top 5 reasons for my loyalty: 1) Passion for the Work: I genuinely enjoy what I do. How do I know? Well, I actually don't mind Mondays! Whether it's watching YouTube videos or reading articles about Data and Digital, it's a passion that extends into my weekends and evenings. 2) Commitment to Self-Development: Waldom has been key in my journey of continuous growth. I completed a 9-month hybrid program at Harvard Business School and recently earned my Executive MBA at IESE. Throughout my tenure, I've consistently stepped outside my comfort zone, expanding my responsibilities and embracing new challenges every day. 3) Pride in Team and Collaboration: I'm proud of my team and enjoy collaborating with colleagues from around the globe. Together, we've achieved great things and continue to innovate. 4) Appreciation from Management: I've been fortunate to work under five different managers, each bringing their own strengths and quirks, but all making me feel valued. 5) Recognition and Contribution: While fair compensation is important, what truly matters is feeling recognized and appropriately rewarded for my contributions to Waldom's success. 🛣️ Excited for the next steps of my journey!

National Winners & Runners Up at 10 college case competitions | Takshashila Consulting(PPI) | Bridgestone | Great Lakes Institute of management, Chennai PGDM (2022-2024) | DTU | Placement coordinator (GLIM) |
I have officially completed my two-months summer internship at Bridgestone. The journey was very educational and resource-focused. One of the most important things I learnt as an intern was to ask as many questions as possible to the team with whom I worked during the course. Among the few things I did discover and make note of are: 1) Networking: I linked a group of experienced individuals who had been with the organization for over 7 years. In other words, their method of handling the issue and the learning curve was truly remarkable. 2) Asking inquiries and addressing doubts, no matter how insignificant: Questioning at each and every meeting over the course of two months helped me grasp few things outside my assigned project. 3) Presentation making: Bridgestone made me learn that their is a difference between university driven presentations and the corporate presentations. Hence, I learnt and figured out the difference between the two for my future endeavors. 4) Communication: It is not about speaking clearly, but expressing your thought with clarity is what matters. And, the corporate helped me in figuring out this wholeheartedly. In a nutshell, more than the output, the process helped me a lot in each and every aspect. #Bridgestone #Summerinternship2023

"The professional world is so scary until you take the leap" And for me, it's hell fun! I used to worry about professional work because I had never experienced it before (lol), but my time as an IT Product Manager Intern at ParagonCorp changed that. Working there has been interesting and fun, so I decided to extend my initial 5-month internship to 11 months. During these 11 months, I went through many exciting, challenging, thrilling, and fun experiences. I want to thank mas Belva Prima and Mas Dennis Corleon Nasution for guiding me and showing me that work can be enjoyable. Also, many thanks to mba Aanisah Rifda for giving me many opportunities to learn. People at Paragon are also very supportive. During my internship, I was helped a lot by mas Ega Rifqi Saputra, Igor Sianipar, Hegar Gala Isyraq Sajid Adli, Bless Ramadewa, and dozens that I can't mention. I also got an angel-heart mentor, mba Chichi Utami. Thanks for the insights and Starbucks, mba :D One post is certainly not enough to describe my experiences during my 11 months at ParagonCorp. Even so, I hope this post can represent my gratitude to the people at ParagonCorp. Hopefully, ParagonCorp will progress further and PM's IT team will continue to develop. Hope we can cooperate in the future! Paragon, Unleash your potential (PS: one of my unleashed potentials was people skills, it's quite helping me to become more extroverted :D) #growatparagon #unleashyourpotential

Thank you for the kind words, Tiffany! My time at Coltala has been a fantastic journey of professional development. From day one, I've been immersed in a dynamic environment that's pushed me to master a wide range of skills. I've had the chance to dive deep into tasks like crafting investment checklists and creating concise CIMs. Navigating the challenge of distilling complex ideas into impactful one-pagers and executive summaries has been both exhilarating and rewarding. I've also fine-tuned my analytical abilities by delving into comps and tinkering with mini models. Beyond the technical learning, being part of the Coltala team has given me a unique vantage point into the inner workings of holding companies and real-time deals. This insider perspective has been like a backstage pass to the world of private equity. What makes Coltala truly special, though, is the collaborative atmosphere and the sense of belonging. The guidance I've received and the strong sense of unity among the team members have made this more than just an internship – it's been a stepping stone towards my professional aspirations. Coltala not only aligned with but actively supported my career goals. Here's to Coltala for being a pivotal chapter in my journey, where growth and opportunity abound! Best, Tiffany #missionandmargin #culturematters #continuousimprovement #lifelonglearning #purposedrivenbusiness

Top Product Marketing Voice | Certified Technical Product Marketing Manager | Generative AI | SaaS B2B Product Marketer | Duke University | Crafting Tomorrow's Solutions, Today: AI and SaaS Product Marketing Enthusiast
I'm delighted to share the culmination of an enriching chapter in my professional journey - my summer internship at Brivo! 🚀 As a Product Marketing Intern, I had the privilege of working under the exceptional guidance of Tim Norris, a true visionary in the field. Alongside, I had the pleasure of collaborating with some of the most enthusiastic colleagues and mentors- Myles "Gene" Kearon, David Stanfield, and Hansel Oh. Together, we formed a dynamic team that made every day a learning adventure. During my time at Brivo, I had the chance to apply the knowledge and skills I'd acquired at Duke University and through the Product Marketing Alliance Community. The opportunity to put theory into practice was invaluable, and the insights gained were transformative. Key highlights of my internship journey include: 1. Competitive Intelligence: Delving into the competitive landscape and understanding our position in the market was an eye-opener. Analyzing our strengths and weaknesses gave me a deeper appreciation for product strategy. 2. Sales Enablement: Working on tools and resources to empower our sales team was both challenging and rewarding. I learned the art of crafting materials that make a difference on the front lines. 3. Product Launch: I was fortunate to be an integral part of the team that spearheaded the launch of a new product. The experience of contributing to this milestone was nothing short of thrilling. Developing go-to-market assets was a hands-on lesson in how to create a buzz around innovation. Moreover, I had the privilege of learning leadership lessons from two incredible individuals, Mary Patterson Clark and John Szczygiel. Their mentorship and guidance have not only enriched my professional journey but also instilled in me a deeper appreciation for effective leadership. I'm excited to share that I'm now seeking my next adventure as a Product Marketing Manager. The skills honed at Brivo, the mentorship I received, and the fantastic team I had the privilege to work with have laid a strong foundation for this next step. Here's to new beginnings and the exciting journey ahead! 🌟 #ProductMarketing #BrivoInternship #ProductMarketingAlliance #AccessControlIndustry

Today, I celebrate my 20th work anniversary at #McKinsey & Company… …and I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to the outstanding colleagues, team members, clients, my dear family, and myself, who all made my professional contributions and personal growth to date possible - THANK YOU! 20 years is a long time and there are already a lot of exciting stories to tell, e.g., …how it is to join the firm as an experienced hire from P&G …how apprenticeship plays a key role for development within teams …how belonging and connectivity is fostered during knowledge days …how it is to create solutions hand-in-hand with clients globally …how it feels writing a book that serves as reference for Industrial Resource Productivity …how enriching it is to relocate and be part of offices in different countries …how fulfilling it is to help build teams & support colleagues with their career …how gratifying teaching and hands-on capability building in our Innovation & Learning Center is …how uniquely personal skills & expertise building is …how important flexibility is to meet both personal and family needs …and how in the end, it is all about the people – the humans – you work with!
