The percentage of employees who were apprentices also rose from 3.3% to 3.6% 📈 Apprenticeships are amazing opportunities which are becoming more and more popular each year. Why is this? 💭 - Apprenticeships allow you to get practical experience alongside experienced professionals and gain useful experience whilst completing your studies. - They allow you to improve your skills which can be used in future roles and to aid with further progression - You get paid alongside your studies - a great way to save for the future - You can get certified whilst getting hands on experience - this also includes technical certifications There is no upper age limit to apprenticeships! These can be undertaken by anyone eligible to work in the UK, over the age of 16 and who aren't in full time education. There is NO age limit on taking part in an apprenticeship. They can be a great opportunity to support future progression or even for a career change later in life.
