🎯 Sales Strategist | I Help Start up and Matured Brands Drive Revenue Growth & Market Dominance Through Strategic Creativity | 🌟 Let's Scale-up Your Sales Game Together! 📈
"Imagine you're faced with a tough prospect who seems hesitant. How would you tailor your approach to ensure a successful close? Here's a pratical example of how I'd go about it👇🏾 📍When faced with a hesitant prospect, I would start by understanding their concerns. Through open-ended questions (very strategical), I'd encourage them to share their reservations. Once spotted, I'd tailor my communication to directly address those concerns, providing information or reassurance specific to their hesitations. 📍Next, I would emphasize the key benefits that directly align with their needs and preferences. This could involve highlighting benefits that address their pain points or showcasing success stories that resonate with their situation. Remember, highlight the BIG IDEA your offer brings🤌🏾. 📍Building trust is crucial, so I'd aim to establish credibility and reliability by sharing relevant data, testimonials, or case studies. Creating a transparent and open dialogue helps in fostering trust, making the prospect more comfortable with the proposed solution. By actively listening, acknowledging their concerns, and demonstrating a genuine interest in their perspective, I aim to create a positive and collaborative atmosphere that increases the likelihood of a successful close. How else would you tailor your approach to ensure a successful close? Let me know in the comment section🤗 #salesclosing

How to beat the #1 conversation killer. (when dealing with prospects) If your prospects seem to slip away every last minute... Here's the SECRET to getting them hooked and ready to act. Have you noticed prospects disengaging from conversations at the last second, or perhaps, You are experiencing the typical hope-dashing response of... 'I will get back to you' Only to be left in the silence of being ghosted. Here are 3 NO-FAIL ways I tackle this joy killer and you can too: 1. Begin your conversation with a personalized introduction highlighting a common pain point your prospect has. For example, "Many service providers struggle with building a profitable brand and my solution has proven effective in addressing it." 2. Acknowledge objections empathetically and share success stories where your service resolved similar concerns. This builds confidence and addresses potential hesitations. 3. Practice mindful listening. -Ask them open-ended questions as much as you can -Demonstrate that you prioritize their specific needs -Rephrase their concerns to ensure understanding Would you be able to give me feedback after trying this? My DM is open if you want more insights on this.

Trust! Trust me! Trust it! Trust the process! Build trust! The need to trust and be trustworthy is everywhere. But how do you build trust in relationships? Sharing a few things that work/ed for me on this three decade journey in sales. 1. Be true to yourself. Do what you say you’re going to do in your daily life and be accountable for errors in behavior, conversation or thinking. It can be as easy as diligence in being on time or being candid in your response even when it’s a difficult conversation. Being trustworthy starts with trusting yourself. 2. Start with why (in the words of Simon Sinek). Consider why the other person is investing time with you. What do they need? How can you help them? Why does what you do matter to them in this moment? Often it’s about all the web of value created and not the “one thing”. 3. Know that trust happens or is crushed in microseconds. It’s taking a moment to process what’s being asked, it’s admitting that your service or product isn’t the best solution for them today, it’s knowing how to add to the relationship and not continually pushing to get what you want in your time. Trust is the cornerstone of lasting relationships and successful deals. Building trust isn’t just a goal; it’s a fundamental principle that underpins every successful sales interaction. Key Elements to Build Trust: Authenticity: Be genuine in your interactions. Authenticity builds a deeper connection that goes beyond a transaction. Transparency: Openness about your service, benefits, and limitations is crucial. Honesty builds credibility and trustworthiness. Listening: Understand needs by actively listening. This demonstrates your commitment to their success, not just a transaction and commission. Consistency: Deliver what you promise consistently. Reliability builds confidence in your abilities. Follow-Up: After a sale, maintaining communication shows commitment and care. It solidifies the relationship beyond the initial transaction. Remember, trust isn’t instant; it’s built over time through consistent, positive interactions. Trust can take months to build, and seconds to destroy. #SalesPrinciple #TrustBuilding #SuccessInSales #SalesTips

You are not interrupting your prospect's busy schedule because of a 30-minute discovery call both parties agree to hop on. ❌ So, break the habit of saying, "I'm sorry to take you away from your tasks..." because: 1. It shows a lack of confidence in the value you bring to the table 2. You reach out with a purpose 3. The arrangement is mutual; they also want to hear you 4. Your time and role are just as valuable as theirs 5. It's awkward and time-wasting ✅ Instead, thank them for taking an interest in your solution and prove that the call is worth their time. You are part of their busy schedule once they book the meeting. There's no need to feel like a crasher. 😉 #b2bsales #discoverycall
