Here are some ways to establish effective communication channels, achieve positive communication trust, and maintain good relationships: 1. Internal social media platform: Establish a social media platform dedicated to internal communication and communication, such as an exclusive social network or online forum within the company. Such platforms allow team members to freely share ideas, ask questions, ask for help, and be able to interact and interact better. 2. Instant messaging tools: use instant messaging tools, such as Slack, WeChat or Microsoft Teams, to achieve real-time communication and communication among team members. These tools can provide group chat function, voice/video call function and file sharing function to facilitate effective communication and cooperation among members. 3. Regular meetings: Have regular team meetings, which can be face-to-face or online video conferences. Meetings can be used to discuss project progress, solve problems, identify goals, and foster teamwork. Make sure the purpose of the meeting is clear, and provide meeting minutes and an action plan after the meeting. 4. Transparent and open communication: Create a culture of transparent and open communication where team members are encouraged to share ideas, ask questions and provide feedback. Avoid ignoring or delaying responding to the needs of others, and demonstrate value and respect for team members by taking immediate action to resolve issues. 8. Establish a positive communication atmosphere: Encourage positive communication and encourage team members to praise and encourage each other. Create an atmosphere of positive, supportive and inspiring communication through positive language and presentation. "Our company culture supports Brainstorming. Every monday we keep a Brainstorming session for one hour to exchange ideas." This was told to me by a founder of an agency. Later he asked me if I'd ever been in a brainstorming session. This intrigued my curiosity. I asked him if the sessions helped create new ideas. Undoubtedly, he said YES. I've been very skeptical about Brainstorming sessions since the beginning of my career. However, I participated in none. Not as a rebel but the clients/companies I worked with never had one. My two cents: I believe our brain functions on the information/data we possess through our sensory organs- eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and skin. It can't function outside of these experiences. P.S. - Research backs this belief. When you make your employees participate in the "Brainstorming sessions" as a part of company culture, they come up with ideas they've either seen, heard, felt, or read before. So technically and logically, your brain doesn't come up with new ideas but creates permutations and combinations of existing ideas. The larger the group, the more combinations and permutations. This could be done individually as well. Or in a group, without giving it the label "Brainstorming session". And creative ideas take time, deep-analysis, and some more time. It can't be done in an hour or so. Hence, our overhyped one-hour brainstorming sessions do little to no help. Rather give your employees some time and when they come up with a literal "creative idea", include it, and discuss it with the team.
