Todays #eCommerce warehouse Most of you will find a warehouse picture a bit “dry”. But here is why I find them fascinating. It shows a commitment to buying stock and putting your money where your mouth is. Guessing what will happen sales wise in 2 months time and then doing everything you can to sell that stock for the most amount. Most eCommerce businesses I coach have personally renovated their warehouse to save on costs. From grinding down racking bolts to painting walls, they do it themselves. Keep up the good work owner operators!
