It's my work anniversary! ๐ฅณ I can't help but express my gratitude for the incredible journey and the people who've been a part of it. Indeed, the road to success is always under construction, and I couldn't agree more; there is always room for improvement, and I firmly believe that the only limits that exist are the ones we impose on ourselves. Over the past year, I've worked with the Brands and Comms team at Enyata, a group I fondly call the Fantastic Four; each person has imparted invaluable lessons that have contributed to my growth. ๐ Ifedolapo Oseni (Head of Brands and Comms) taught me the importance of perseverance; she has taught me never to give up, not to take things personally, and to be curious. ๐ Joshua Ajibola (Creative Director) taught me what it means to be a team player. He's always there to lend a helping hand in structuring my processes and keeping us on track. ๐ Precious Ezema (Community Manager) has shown me the value of clarity. Know what you want and move towards that goal, even if it sucks at first. Her multitasking abilities are nothing short of a superpower. I'll never forget my interview with Oladayo Oyelade when he asked why I wanted to work with Enyata, and I replied, "I want to see where my brain ๐ง can take me..." In retrospect, that was funny as hell, but it was an undiluted truth. Enyata has been a space where I've explored the depths of my potential. I'm excited to continue growing in my career with a new mantra; "I am so good at what I do, MOHBAD!" ๐๐ก As I celebrate this milestone, I'd like to leave you with a few takeaways: ๐กCelebrate your milestones, but don't forget to celebrate the people who've been part of your journey. ๐กAlways remember that there's room for improvement. ๐กWith determination and the right mindset, you can achieve anything. Here's to growth, learning, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible! ๐ #WorkAnniversary #Enyata #LimitlessPotential #contentmarketing

Last month we launched our newly refreshed company values. As part of this launch, we've created a brand-new video interview series on what each value means to our kaimahi โ and who better to lead the way than our Quality Manager, Nicola Tse! ย In this video, Nicola shares her insights on what 'Manaaki at mahi' means to her personally and what this looks like in her work. She speaks about the importance of respect, collaboration and empowerment, and the role that plays in the workplace. Nicola says: โWe can never expect one person to have the answer for everything; we all have different skill sets and it really is a team effort... even if it means pulling people from my team and going 'you know what, you can do that better than me, I want you to do that' because that grows them and you gave them that opportunity. To me that is part of having your back." This interview marks the beginning of an exciting series and we have a lineup of compelling conversations to follow. Be prepared for a wealth of wisdom and inspiration from our kaimahi who, like Nicola, embody our Switched On values. https://lnkd.in/gbdgcJay

We are excited to celebrate an extraordinary milestone of 20 years with Samantha. As we celebrate this special occasion, weโd like to reflect on some of the sentiments she has shared throughout their remarkable journey with us: ๐ฅ ๐๐๐ฆโ๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Connecting with people is very important in life and this is what keeps me driven to do my daily job to the best of my ability. I believe in having a good relationship with colleagues which promotes strong communication. Alongside that, teamwork is imperative to share ideas, knowledge, resolve problems and increase productivity to provide value to the company. Through my years of experience I am fortunate enough to be able to support, mentor and motivate others. Challenges are always present in any company and overcoming them promotes maintaining a positive attitude, learning from others and thinking out of the box which keeps me motivated. ๐๐จ ๐๐๐ฆโ๐ฌ ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Hirose has strong sales growth targets and the company would like to rapidly expand in Europe. As a result, sales promotion has become even more important to contribute to the growth of the company. I see that our sales promotion activities will become more globalized and my role will be to ensure we work more closely with our team members in other oversea Hirose divisions to learn more, share knowledge and resources. โจ ๐๐๐ฆโ๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ: Hirose is often described as the Hirose family due to the strong ethos of helping and supporting each other. There is a great onboarding program to ensure new employees are quickly familiar with the staff and company procedures. Team working is strongly promoted to think more broadly. My advice would be to never hesitate to ask for support when you need it to grow with the company and accelerate your career path. We value Sam's dedication to fostering strong relationships and promoting teamwork, which align with our core values at Hirose. Her vision for global collaboration and her support for the team is vital as we strive for rapid expansion in Europe. We appreciate Sam's contributions and look forward to achieving our growth targets together. โจ๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ฆ #HiroseFamily #20YearsOfDedication #EmployeeSpotlight #LongServiceAward #Dedication #CompanyCulture

๐ Exciting News: On 20th April, I celebrated my traditional wedding, a beautiful ceremony filled with tradition and symbolism. One tradition that stood out was the sharing and eating of goat's liver, symbolizing unity between our two families. Reflecting on this, I'm reminded of three principles that can guide us: 1. Unity in Diversity: Just as our families come together from different backgrounds, success in any endeavor often requires bringing together diverse perspectives and strengths. 2. Shared Goals: Just as we shared a meal to signify our shared future, success is often achieved when teams and organizations align around common objectives. 3. Respect for Tradition: Our wedding was steeped in tradition, reminding me of the importance of respecting the past while embracing innovation and change in our professional lives. I'm grateful for the love and support of family and friends during this special time. Looking forward to applying these principles in my role as a Success Manager! #TraditionalWedding #Unity #SuccessPrinciples

How do I measure 15 years How do you count 15 years? Itโs been 15 years since Samer & I started G&K, which led me to the question: how do I count 15 years? Do I count the amazing customers, the reason for our existence, who entrusted us to help them with their business? The projects? The achievements & recognition? Or do I count the failures, setbacks, frustrations and sleepless nights? In reflecting on this, I've realized the best way to measure these 15 years is not just through our successes and the growth our customer businesses have achieved, but equally in the stories of the incredible people who have been part of our G&K journey & family. To you, ex-clients, clients, co-workers & ex co-workers, partners, suppliers and referrers - this journey would have never been possible wihout you! Your journeys, intertwined with ours, have been the real milestones, marking our path with shared memories, experiences and mutual growth. G&K emerged during the economic turbulence of 2008, founded with the vision of aiding our clients in their transformation and growth. We emphasized nurturing talent, striving for excellence, and fostering innovation. Now, this mission holds even greater significance As we look ahead, weโre excited for what the future holds. We remain committed to our values, to delivering excellence, and to being a positive force in our industry and community. Hereโs to the next 15 years โ may they be as enriching, challenging, and rewarding as the last. #Anniversary #BusinessGrowth #Teamwork #CustomerSuccess #Resilience #G&K
