R&D of HealthTech, MedTech & AgeTech as eHealth of iAI and HRV - for Creativity, Productivity & Ageing-Better via digital Flow, Zen or Happy SISU (Retired)
After "The Training of Design Thinking Hackathon (https://lnkd.in/dExmpKzJ)", I have prepared and applied the next opportunity of another training at Oulu as follows: OYSTER Incubator begins in September https://lnkd.in/d9K5jR_u The preparation could be shown here and sheared as a pdf file attached for this LinkedIn post with two parts: The part 1 is as the continuation of Hackathon about GenAI Aided "Super-Hero" for Ageing and the part 2 as GenAI Aided "Super-Hero" for Working. It was very impressive for me in previous training of the Hackathon to experience GenAI - so feasible effectively / powerfully helping business differentiation purpose (seen its details in the part 1 of pdf file). If No-Code trend in September may be not ready yet for a full usage, the part 2 will be a repeat to apply the above experience again, focused on helping business differentiation purpose of GenAI Aided "Super-Hero" for Working - as such a theme: GenAI boosted digital Flow based on HRV: For business excellence and healthier workstyle The content preparation and CV were in part 2 generated by GenAI, which are possible to progress for interacting further as domain knowledge optimization via a SWOT analysis of own competence. Similar as the part 1 in the Hackathon to do in a same pattern ... If No-Code trend in September may be good enough, described as such a following link, it could be a little hard for me to select either part 1 (for ageing) or 2 (for working) if those attractive benefits will be aimed: A close look at Low-Code, No-Code: Revolutionising development & empowering business https://lnkd.in/dStEa2T2 No-code platforms go a step further, removing the need for any coding whatsoever. They empower "citizen developers" โ individuals without coding expertise โ to build applications: 1) Democratisation of Development: Allows anyone, regardless of technical background, to create software solutions. 2) Faster Time to Market: Enables rapid deployment of applications, accelerating innovation and business growth. 3) Reduced Development Costs: Eliminates the need for hiring and training specialised developers. 4) Business Applications: A Wide Spectrum of Possibilities Both low-code and no-code platforms are transforming how businesses operate, enabling them to: 1) Automate Processes: Streamline repetitive tasks like data entry, invoice processing, and customer support. 2) Improve Customer Experiences: Develop personalised applications for enhanced customer engagement and support. 3) Boost Efficiency: Create internal tools and workflows to optimise operations, improve communication, and streamline decision-making. 4) Develop New Business Models: Experiment with innovative ideas and build MVPs to validate new business models. --- ๐ So, which one will be more reasonable or suitable to apply OYSTER training at Oulu - if as GenAI Aided "Super-Hero" for either ageing or working (mentioned in the pdf file)? ๐ #learningisfun #GenAI #OYSTER

Last few moths, I tried contributing towards building a 'better' version of the 'Inner Engineering' program by Sadhguru. And with better we meant, digestible for those who binge watch. I had a strange job to do - make laundry lists of what can be done, brainstorm, discuss, build figma, showcase, iterate AND scrap most of the items to ONLY keep some essential elements. This is done to make sure the user is not distracted by the shine of the interface, and focuses on the content. Engagement is our anti-metric. Ideally we want all our users to just let the phone off and live in the real world. Inner Engineering not one more app crying for your attention and making money out of the clicks. No. engagement. No 'hooks'. Strange world - but felt so much at peace not plotting and scheming to make users slave of a device to make some bucks. Infact, they reduced price to half with the new version! None of my startup product lingo worked and had to do everything from first principles.

End of week 8 and it finally happened..! ...I lost track of time and couldn't remember the number of weeks since starting this new venture! Sweet ๐ The highlight of the week was to catch up with a very talented leader in UX Dereck Johnson who was patient enough to get the very first walk-through of the prototype ๐ซจ. Despite a work and friend -ship of six years, I was nervous. The level headed co-founder Amy Woodgate took over the demo - which was way better. Our goal was to catch initial questions / feedback and me getting over others as both driver and passenger! We found quirks, paths that work and bits that didn't. A product-baby spluttering its first burble (that is also logged for debugging ๐). Loads of notes and priority tweaks as a result = amazing outcome. Other highlights were spending time with Santanu Vasant PFHEA, Leonard Houx, James Littlehales, Antonella Veccia, MA and Octavia Hirst all feeding my hunger to learn, learn, learn! Thank you so much for your time and effort, all giving me so much in 30 minute discussions for me to map an ever more broad and complex landscape of learning experience design (and more). Lastly, two more events - Product Tank Edinburgh social event organised by Valeria Khokhlova and Gianna Illenseer to help connect with local product folk and share ideas, problems and snacks! Plus the Learning Design, Cross Institutional Network (LD CIN) event hosted by Natasha Huckle and Mark Williams, and all the presenters and collaborators. Super grateful for both events to help expand my horizons, perspectives and connections - thank you. Lastly, a few features of the prototype that got some โค๏ธ this week were a Review workflow to go from Draft through to Approved plus Design Export. The initial view of the latter is to ensure any learning experience design can be exported to move into the next stage; Build/Produce. Wrapping CSS around a looping database query and sending it all into an automatically created .docx document felt daunting but the first version is shaping up nicely (see image). Export is also one of the areas where folk can spend lot of time with copy, paste, wrangle. What a waste of time - so no thanks, we deserve better. Looking forward to next week already - but also trying to be sensible and take time at the weekend to not work, leave it to the background processes and get outside for the slithers of sun ๐ฆ๏ธ

Accelerating Product Innovation with Low-Code: An Interview with Wasim, CPO of InfiniteUp An interview with Wasim Alshadadi, InfiniteUpโs Chief Product Officer and Cofounder Introduction to the Role and Background โAs Chief Product Officer at InfiniteUp, my role is to ensure we have an effective and efficient product development process. I oversee design, user testing, new feature implementation, and product launches. My background in UI/UX design paired with my co-founderโs skills in backend development allowed us to build our first app with no prior coding experience. Now, leveraging low-code development enables us to bring products to market faster than ever before.โ Understanding User Needs โTo truly understand what users want, we employ qualitative research like user interviews and observation. This ethnographic approach provides insight into how target users think about and interact with our products. We combine this empathy-driven understanding with usage analytics to make data-informed decisions, iteratively evolving the product experience.โ Integral User Feedback โContinuous user feedback is critical to our process. After each round of research, we discuss findings as a team, decide what to build next, and update our task management system accordingly. With feedback loops built into the entire teamโs consciousness, we keep users top of mind throughout development.โ Low Code for Non-Techies โOur low-code platform allows non-developers like myself to build fully functional features visually. I can prototype and test ideas without writing code, enabling greater collaboration across disciplines. Recently, we even iterated and launched updates while users were in-app, thanks to our modular, low-code architecture.โ Remote Collaboration โRegular syncs, automated meeting notes, and persistent communication channels like ClickUp help us work cohesively when remote. One-on-ones also foster alignment and connection within the team.โ Lessons Learned โAssumptions about user needs are often wrong. Direct observation and research are essential to truly understand preferences. With low-codeโs speed, we can take an iterative, data-driven approach to product evolution.โ The Future โLow-code will become a core developer tool, freeing them to focus on complex problems and innovation. At InfiniteUp, it will enable us to continuously redefine and improve the developer role.โ

How constraints turned into an innovation launchpad for for my 2024 resolutions and work: When I set the goal โwrite for 10 minutes dailyโ I started at a blank Notion doc daily For less than 10 minutes and Gave up on my goal Then I set constraints and changed my focus to - Write 1 post a day - Easy readability score - Work on a creative hook - Add a P.S. for fun dialogue - Make the post โfit the screenโ - Power ending (summary end sentence) - Check mobile formatting with the Kleo plugin Iโve had fun coming up with 1 post a day At work, I had to โCreate an enablement toolโ And while I brainstormed lots of fun ideas I couldnโt finalize a project plan Then I found constraints that helped me innovate - Create a tool using Tiled (microapps) - Content must have offline access - Resources must be iPad-friendly - Design first drafts in Figma Suddenly my creativity took off I was having a blast designing in Figma And getting great feedback from learners Rather than seeing constraints as a negative Theyโve propelled me to work creatively Inside a figurative box When have constraints helped you to be creative? P.S. Style guides are one of my favorite constraints! They make designs uniform, pretty, and give inspiration!
