We're converting more users to paid plans with this technique (and getting more feedback for those who don't)… We started sending personal emails to users who signed up, but never used the app or only tried it once and stopped. We chose three scenarios for now: Someone signed up and… 1. ☠️ never installed our chrome extension, never used it 2. 🫥 installed our chrome extension, but never used it 3. 👋 installed our chrome extension, used it a few times, then stopped Since we use Intercom to save app usage, we setup automated outreach emails that look personal and "check-in" with each of the scenarios. For example… ––– Hey Jan, This is Brandon, Co-founder at Outworks, I noticed you signed up for Outworks.ai but never got around to testing it out. I wanted to check-in and see if you were having technical issues that I could help with. We just launched, so we'd appreciate any feedback you have so we can help you grow your LinkedIn audience faster 💪 ––– This has lead to two important outcomes… 1. People actually have technical issues they weren't going to share (because they're busy) and we helped them get back on track 2.
