The best day of every month is when we get to celebrate employee of the month🎉 Today we had a BIG party for Leslie! This wonderful employee works in our medical records department. She is described by her peers as kind and thoughtful, and despite the tough job that she has, she remains positive and spreads the greatest vibes, not just in her respective department, but throughout the hospital! Silver Oaks now offers a Post-Partum Support Group. No appointment is needed, you can walk right in. Assessments are free and provided 24/7! PP symptoms are: excessive sadness and crying, outbursts of anger, severe mood swings, feeling anxious, panic attacks, thoughts of self harm or harming your baby, fear you might harm your baby either accidentally or intentionally, numbness or a feeling of being unplugged, feeling like you are a bad parent, low self-esteem, trouble sleeping an feeling overwhelmed by even the simplest things.
