His commitment to excellence and innovation serves as a guiding light, pushing me to strive for continual improvement, aiming for that elusive 1% better each day. Interestingly, fate intervened when my parents initially considered naming me after my great grandfather, Brouwer. However, my grandfather, perhaps influenced by the complexities of family dynamics and workplace relationships, wasn't keen on the idea. As serendipity would have it, a pivotal moment at a Wendy's changed the course of my identity when a resounding "BRAD, DO NOT DO THAT" echoed through the air. In that instant, my name was sealed, creating a unique connection to a destiny filled with challenges and determination. Embracing the Brouwer legacy is no easy feat, especially considering the high standards set by Brouwer McIntyre . Yet, each day I embark on this journey with unwavering determination, fueled by the desire to one day stand alongside the greats in any sort of hall of fame. The road ahead may be tough, but the commitment to improvement and the legacy that precedes me drive my passion to reach new heights. As I navigate the twists and turns of my professional journey, I am reminded that success is not a destination but a continuous pursuit of becoming the best version of oneself. 𝐋𝐄𝐓𝐒 𝐁𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐄 (𝐖)𝐑𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓 𝐁𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐒! ✈️ In 1901, after a few failed experiments, Wilbur Wright proclaimed -‘Man will not fly for 50 years' ➖ just 2 years later Wright Brothers made history. 🚀 During 1920, NY Times stated - ‘A rocket will never be able to leave Earth’s atmosphere’ ➖few decades later Yuri Gagarin landed in the space. ☎️ In 1876, Graham Bell offered patent rights of his Telephone for $100K to Western Union, but they ridiculed it just as a toy! ➖Undeterred Bell established the Bell Telephone Co in 1877 and rest is history. 🌕 In 1960 John F Kennedy proclaimed that we would put a man in the moon before end of this decade ➖ just 9 years later Neil Armstrong landed in the moon. ✅ All of these things were Unrealistic yet all of them were accomplished. ✅ Only because certain people dared to Dream Big and brought their Visions to Reality. Recession & War at few geographies has pushed the world into an “Unrealistic Zone”. ❓Have you given up on any personal or professional goals, just because you felt that they are Unrealistic now? 💡 People are achieving "Unrealistic" goals every day. It’s just that we are conditioned by the circumstances not to see it. I go by Steven Redhead- “Just because an objective appears to not be possible at present doesn't mean it’s Unrealistic.” Let’s all ‘Really Stick’ to our goals!..... #people #determination #perseverance
