You will strategically balance costs and risk-return on necessary and desired OS initiatives.   Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor's degree • 10 years of EHS leadership experience in with 7 of those years in manufacturing • Knowledge of OSHA, MSHA and Workers’ Compensation regulations • Demonstrated success in building and driving a change to the business unit’s culture of safety • Demonstrated experience designing programs to mitigate and audit exposures to noise, airborne particles and other IH exposures • Demonstrated experience designing programs to mitigate and audit programs driving safety metrics downward   Additional Preferred Competencies: • Professional Certification (CSP, CIH, COSS, MSP, CSD, etc.) • Master’s Degree or MBA   This is a FULL-TIME position as an employee of our client and REQUIRES commuting to the Tulsa, OK area.
