We are excited to partner with ICSC to announce the launch of the Fall 2024 Retail Real Estate Bridge Program. The Retail Real Estate Bridge Program will provide students with the opportunity to explore Retail Real Estate with leaders across the sector. Our Chicago summer interns traded the heights of Willis Tower for a day exploring two local properties, Streets of Woodfield and Springbrook Prairie Pavilion, with folks from our asset management, transactions, and IT teams. This immersive experience offered a deep dive into our centers and their competitive landscapes, highlighting the diverse mix of specialty and national tenants that enrich the surrounding communities. The highlight? A private tour of LEGOLAND Discovery Center at Streets of Woodfield, where our team not only enjoyed discovering the intricate displays but caught a glimpse of ancillary income strategies embedded in these engaging attractions through a LEGO food truck..
