Our Chicago summer interns traded the heights of Willis Tower for a day exploring two local properties, Streets of Woodfield and Springbrook Prairie Pavilion, with folks from our asset management, transactions, and IT teams. This immersive experience offered a deep dive into our centers and their competitive landscapes, highlighting the diverse mix of specialty and national tenants that enrich the surrounding communities.  The highlight? A private tour of LEGOLAND Discovery Center at Streets of Woodfield, where our team not only enjoyed discovering the intricate displays but caught a glimpse of ancillary income strategies embedded in these engaging attractions through a LEGO food truck..
