https://lnkd.in/d2JGQ2KX Whether you’re a Raider Fan/Sports Fan or not, this is worth a listen. This is so much bigger than sports and really all about leadership. A great look at two Men thrust suddenly into an elevated leadership position, fully embracing and leveraging who they are, coming together as a team, and bringing their whole selves to work. When I listen to them both as a GM and the Head Coach, I hear Faith, family, honor, respect, strategic aggression and a forward thinking mentality to embrace and dive into a tough situation. They believe that in turn, the people they are leading will then rally and bring everything they have to the effort to ensure a better path forward for all involved. I AM IN LOVE WITH STRONG LEADERSHIP. I work daily to get good at it. At this stage of my career I believe people deserve strong leadership that is inclusive and sets a tone at work that allows them to bring their personal backgrounds and best talents to the work we “lay our hands to” as a team. Personally, my faith drives me to believe that if I do that, my God will enhance what I do and fill all the gaps I am unable to fill. Go Raiders! But more importantly, let’s all constantly focus on elevating our leadership game!!!
