Whilst these are mostly unconscious beliefs, they manifest in our actions; in how we treat ourselves; how we talk to and about ourselves and how we interact with others. These usually start in our younger years and formed through both verbal and non-verbal messages we receive from our primary care-givers and early years influencers. Some common ones are: I am not good enough I am unlovable No one likes me I can't trust anyone The only person I can rely on is me The world is unfair. I organically grew my social media to 127k followers on FB and 125k followers on TikTok, so far. Compared to other large influencers, that may not sound like a lot but in the niche space of behavioral health, it’s pretty huge. On average I capture 2 million in reach every 28 days with an engagement rate of 10%. Is your SM team producing that organically ? I’m now starting to grow on YouTube with longer form content and shorts but I am just now starting to put energy into LinkedIn The reason I was resisting LinkedIn is because, quite frankly, it’s boring. Every professional, every facility and every networking lunch photo looked just like the next. My relationships in the field of behavioral health are a strong referral source for me but social media is my largest, by far. Social has worked for me because I did differently than anyone in the niche space of addiction/recovery/behavioral health.
