The role of Global Head of Brand is a strategic role who will develop the best understanding of our customers across markets as a foundation for our brand positioning, creative development, and marketing activities. This role will be working directly with the VP of Marketing to oversee international markets. Job Description: Develop Traveloka's brand strategy that is relevant for our users across markets and represent Traveloka's positions effectively. This role will need to closely work with Country Marketing Heads across markets to solidify our brand positioning and regional activities plan. Strategy and execution must consider local nuances and practical execution in respective markets Translate brand strategy into execution frameworks that are practical and easy to adopt by teams across markets to deliver various use cases required, encompassing breadth and magnitude of activities that require execution Progressively adopt latest technological advancements and tools to scale up creative operations; outputs must allow for operational scalability across markets where localization plays a crucial role Lead brand and regional marketing activities and work closely with respective Country Marketing Heads and other functions to devise plan to achieve company's objectives Work with data and other functional domains to develop practical performance assessment for brand and any marketing activities Build a high performing organization with the right fundamentals to realize Traveloka's growth aspirations. People development, management, and grooming skills are necessary - the role is accountable for team and organizational building Work with external and internal stakeholders to realize collaborations, obtain buy-ins, and cooperate on prioritized initiatives Work with procurement and vendor management for vendor selection and frugal investments Be fluent with balancing investments on users with financial / business situations Develop strong and robust infrastructure to allow for agile, timely b
