Most MLB players hate the new uniforms. This is the first year of a new supplier's contract and they should immediately make plans to rectify the overwhelming unpopularity of their product. If that costs a ton of money, so be it. Customer service isn't that complicated. When I waited tables (long ago), the restaurant owner was very clear: if a customer doesn't like something or thought he or she was ordering something else or if there's a fly in the soup, remove the plate, dish, bowl immediately. Take the offending item from in front of the customer and ask how to make it right. This is clothing. This matters to people. #customerservice #kaizen #mlb #baseball #springtraining #dobetter #fixit

A location as a distinctive asset. Possible? For sure. Constellation Brands flagship beer Corona boasts the most distinctive asset any beer owns: the lime wedge in the neck of the bottle. Bar tenders all over the globe have been told 'this is how you serve a Corana'. It's a one of a kind DBA. But there's more to this branding success story. Find here the hero spot for Corona by agency MullenLowe U.S. What other elements can be seen as brand cues? I'd say... 1️⃣ logo, label and bottle design - obviously 2️⃣ the celeb (Snoop Dogg out, welcoming star actor Pedro Pascal) 3️⃣ patches of yellow in set design & props 4️⃣ the beach & deck chair setting Am I missing anything? The script of the new campaign poses some questions (like, what's up with restaurant lady? And why does the Pedro suddenly dive on a food trolley?🤔) but definitely unfolds a story of letting go and relaxing, as if you're on a beach, living La Vida Mas Fina. The concept for the SWAG Packs — Stuff We All Get — originated during an HR strategy review where we brainstormed ways to integrate our company values into our onboarding process. 🌟 We wanted something tangible that would resonate with new hires, making them feel a part of the Maestro Swiss Industries Sdn. Bhd. family from their very first day. Each item in the pack was thoughtfully selected from our very own products: #Vochelle 🍫 chocolates for sweetness, refreshing #VICO 🥤 beverages for energy, and #Darry’s 🍬 candies for joy. These items symbolize our welcoming culture and our intent to build a supportive workplace.
