One of the biggest opportunities facing L&D departments in the coming year is to centralize their learning. This can have big impacts on budgets, workforce skill, and an employee’s feeling about the job. It frustrates not only facilitators but learners alike when information is scattered across multiple platforms; when they can’t find it, they are consistently waiting for a replay; or when time passes from when they “really” needed the information.
