2wAlright team, let's get this over the line by close of play. We'll bounce ideas off each other until we have a plan going forward. We need to go that extra mile, so I'm just going to mull it over and make a plan of action. Let's harmonise on our approach and do some blue sky thinking. We need a paradigm breaking, out of the box idea. If we get stuck, we could always try reframing the problem. It's on my radar to make a 10 point list on how to resolve this - I'll start with point 10 and that's it sorted, what's point 9? If necessary, let's put a pin in that and come back to it. We need to realise the synergies between these two projects and create some theatre around it to generate a sense of urgency. Let's really get our arms around it and ensure everyone is being a team player. Management says this should take no more than 10 days.
