London, July 26, 2024 – In a significant move poised to bolster the economy, the UK has officially joined a pioneering global digital trade agreement to enhance global digital commerce. This landmark agreement, the first of its kind negotiated under the auspices of the World Trade Organization (WTO), sees the UK collaborating with 90 other countries to establish a new framework of rules. As the ICC posted this week on LinkedIn, it’s “a wrap on the 2024 C4DTI Digital Trade Conference & Awards”. This year’s event may be over, but now is the time for graft, determination, and collective maximum effort to drive digital adoption forward worldwide.
