What. A. Week. I joined Flexa six months ago and this week I got to see what a Flexa Awards day is like from the inside... my laptop is tired 💤 I've learnt a lot about what makes a great HR team, People function, Employer Brand, DEI strategy and EVP this year...here are a few that surprised me: 🙋♀️ It's incredibly obvious when you have engaged employees. It's a little like finding Product Market Fit in the sense that you can measure it to an extent, but it's blatantly obvious as a feeling. 🌱 Choice is *the* driving force of the future of work. Choice of where and how to work, but also which company to align yourself with. 🤸♀️ Flexible work actually requires more discipline, more planning, and clearer boundaries than the traditional rigid ways of working. 🍋 Company culture, team makeup, and how we work are strategic choices that directly impact the growth of a business, and should be treated as such.
