What difference did the training make to you? As trainers, we very rarely capture the results of our training, post-workshop. Yet the most effective training develops skills and knowledge that can be applied in direct work. Here is a short but powerful glimpse of Foster Carers and Social Workers talking about the impact ‘SeeMe.HearMe,KnowMe’™ had on their communication skills and ability to apply relational approaches with children. The video is part of a wider Impact Assessment completed with the agency, evidencing clear improvements in skills and – the really great bit – how this increased the voice of the child in assessment, case recording and safety plans. ‘SeeMe.HearMe.KnowMe’ is part of a 4-stage Impact Assessment model. The 4 stages include: a one-day ‘SeeMe.HearMe.KnowMe’™ workshop, Reflective Group Supervision, Evaluation and Impact Analysis. Contact me for details.
