As I gear up for my last day at Mural tomorrow, I can't help but take a moment to reflect on the winding path that has brought me here and the exciting journey that lies ahead. I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to the phenomenal individuals who've been an integral part of my Mural adventure: 🙌 To my team, you've been my daily inspiration, exemplifying resilience and adaptability in the face of change. Thank you for the opportunity to learn beside you. 🙏 Lauren Schuman, thank you for bringing me into the Mural family and entrusting me with the opportunity of a lifetime to build and scale a team from the ground up. 🌟 To Agustin Soler and Felix Beccar, your unwavering support, a knack for challenging me to find solutions through collaboration, and your empowerment in tackling the toughest challenges have been invaluable. 💪 To Brinn Sanders and Kimberlee Day, your mentorship and embodiment of female leadership in our industry are a shining beacon. To my extended Mural family, while there are too many of you to name individually, each one of you has played a pivotal role in my growth and the incredible experiences I've had here. So what is next? I'm embarking on a purposeful pause in my career journey. Starting Monday, I'm stepping away from full-time data to dive headfirst into the world of horses and compete at regional championships. This is a dream I've clung to for years, and I am excited to give myself the best opportunity possible to succeed. After regionals, I will be looking ahead to find a company or set of consulting opportunities where I can make an impact through my work. If you or someone you know is on the lookout for a seasoned data leader who thrives on scaling teams, nurturing talent, and driving transformative change, let's chat (Especially if you are doing mission-driven work!)

This community of just 34 members is beating any engagement score 📈 About 4 weeks ago together with one of my clients I launched an online community on Drone Photography. From the start, the most important metrics in community building - those around engagement, took off. I mean, just look at the below: 200 comments under an 'Introduce Yourself' post alone. Not too bad, huh. How we did it? Simple... 1. #Defined a clear onboarding journey, which especially introduces members to culture. 2. #Incentivized engagement by finding an instant added value they gain by participating in discussions. 3. #Recognized behavior and added value they brought to the group, which went beyond the norm and basic expectation we had/have of members.

Halloween is a time when people of all ages have the opportunity to embrace different identities, temporarily stepping into the shoes of characters and personas that may be vastly different from their everyday selves. For one night, the boundaries of conventional identity blur as individuals transform into ghouls, superheroes, historical figures, or fantastical creatures. It is such a fascinating event for me as CMO of Verato, as we everyday work on our vision to be the best in the world at solving the problem that drives everything else: #knowingwhoiswho. At Verato we are passionate about making sure that there is no ambiguity about identity: every day with about 150 colleagues at Verato, we serve over 90 customers in #healthcare matching and resolving millions of identities in siloed systems at different organizations across the care continuum. And yet there is this one event in the year where millions of people in the US for a moment participate in some form of Halloween celebration and adopt a different identity. Note though that although we celebrate Halloween with our families and employees, there is not a moment that we hesitate about our #mission : to be the single source of truth for identity that provides healthcare and government organizations a complete and trusted 360-degree view of their customers, providers, and employees.

Branded team recognition gifts need not be confined to desks and office walls. If you’re looking for a way to help your team celebrate their achievements, unwind after a challenging day, and inject some fun, consider opting for custom corn toss games instead of the traditional walnut wall plaques. Corn toss provides a lively and engaging activity that can foster camaraderie and create lasting memories. #teambuilding #recognitiongift #brandedmerch #promotionalmarketing

Everything is experience, and every interaction is an opportunity to begin telling your brand’s story. Yet far too many businesses settle for okay. Instead of using touchpoints to tell stories and create superfans, they squander them by doing the bare minimum. On Day 3 of #CustomerServiceWeek, • Shep Hyken asked me about a recent experience I had with the Nashville Zoo that took me from apathetic to fully engaged. Check it out below and don't forget to tune back in tomorrow for another video. 😊 #customerserviceweek #customerexperience
