🚀 A Glimpse into My Most Memorable Event at Daimler Truck Internship 🚚 One week ago marked a significant event in my journey with Daimler Truck – the launch of the innovative Mercedes-Benz eActros 300. As I reflect on my participation in this event, I'm reminded of the challenges overcome and the valuable lessons learned. Finding the perfect venue was my first major task. After exploring a myriad of options, Dusit Thani Laguna stood out with its futuristic feel and sustainable ethos, perfectly complementing the eActros 300. The reveal of the eActros 300 itself posed another unique challenge. How do you effectively drape a truck that's 3 meters high, 9 meters long, and 2.5 meters wide? My search across the island, and even as far as Hong Kong, finally led to a solution that balanced impact with practicality – a majestic drape covering the truck's front, creating a moment of suspense and awe during the reveal. Working with a PR agency was another first for me in this event. The collaboration with Hoffman PR was a deep dive into the world of public relations. Their expertise in crafting impactful press releases and preparing our executive team for media engagements taught me the nuances of maintaining a positive public image. I would like to send my heartfelt thanks to my manager Lishan Wang for the trust and opportunities to grow, and a special mention to Ryan, my fellow intern, for his unwavering support from early morning until the event's close. My Internship Experience at Continental: Navigating the Future of Mobility 🌟   I'm thrilled to take you through my internship experience at Continental, where I've been immersing myself in an incredible learning journey for the past months. Continental shines not just for its commitment to innovation but also for creating an environment where interns like myself can thrive and grow. 📚 At Continental, there's a strong culture of mentorship and support among interns (In the picture below are my intern colleagues Ayoub Madani, Rahim Öztürk). My adventure here has allowed me to get hands-on with various aspects of the business, from project management to reporting and analysis, constantly broadening my horizons. 🌱💡 The team responsible for guiding me places a lot of trust in what I can do, allowing me the freedom to tackle my work independently.🧑💻 Yet, they’re always readily available to assist the moment I seek guidance by my supervisor Tanja Sollazzo, and her colleagues Daniel Haeffelin & @Frank-Dieter Draese fostering a nurturing and productive work environment. The work schedule is highly flexible, allowing individuals to choose their own arrival and departure times. 🧘♂️ Currently, Continental is looking for eager and innovative students to join their Autonomous Mobility team. These opportunities are located in the beautiful setting of Lindau by Lake Constance, Germany, and start September 2024, lasting for at least six months. Dear Network, As you may know, I'm currently part of the Global Internship Program of Volvo Cars, and since half of the program has already passed by I would like to say some thoughts that I think are worth to share. First, I find so nice that since the very beginning of the program, my voice and my ideas were taken into consideration in every meeting and conversation that I have had even if I was "just" the intern, obviously sometimes there are other or more efficient ideas than the ones that I can give, but that's fine because that also lets me learn how to be better and the fact that no one will just disregard what you just said makes me feel in a very nice work environment where I'm happy to go everyday. Also, the work-life balance is amazingly well-proportioned, because of course you are expected to finish the task that you are supposed to do, but it is also completely fine to ask for help in case of needed and no one will complain about it since all we know that it can happen to anyone in the team, and from an intern perspective it gives a lot of relief. In conclusion, these were just some thoughts from an intern perspective and let's see what the last two months of the program can bring, surely a lot a knowledge in the field but also hopefully a lot of challenges and nice experiences just as it has been doing so far.

Authenticity is your greatest asset. 4️⃣ Cultivate Your Network: Networking may feel daunting, but having a tribe in your corner is invaluable. Seek mentors, embrace feedback, and let their support light your path. 5️⃣ Embrace Mistakes: They're not stumbling blocks but stepping stones to growth.
