In Milano, Italy, attending the general assembly of the EU project SHIFT (Sustainable tecHnolgies enablIng Future Telecommunication applications)
SIAE MICROELETTRONICA would like to warmly welcome more than 40 SHIFT project partners to our base in Cologno Monzese, Milan, Italy on 16 -17. SHIFT - Sustainable tecHnologies enablIng Future Telecommunication applications, is a European Founded project aimed to develop new semiconductor and packaging technologies for the high frequencies of 6G era, and the new generation of satellite telecommunications. Together with the project partners will work both on the development of a new solution of advanced mm-wave components conceived for high-capacity communications, and to develop a Ka-band transmitting phased array tile for SatCom applications. SIAE MICROELETTRONICA is involved in SHIFT both as Leader of Work Package-3 and as Task leader of two demonstrators: Task 3.1: Demonstrator # 1 _ E- and D-band Phased Array Antenna Modules for 5G backhaul Task 5.2: Demonstrator # 8 _ Electronically Steerable Ka-Band Array (ESKaA) For further information of SHIFT project : https://www.shiftkdt.eu/
