That's great. Today we answer Novad Elshan at the University campus site here in Sonoma and we are the case competition that they're hosting where the topic this year is sustainability. We have the chance to interact with a lot of students that have a lot of energy. Some of them are working on our case. That's an opportunity for us to get some completely unbiased minds. Look at our problem and come up with a lot of suggestions for how to solve it. I figure out that we are capable of doing more than we think. We're actually having a lot of ideas, and even the rest of the groups are like just impressive, like. From out-of-the-box kind of thinking, yeah, it's just amazing. A very simple idea. It can be something really important. What drew us in as a company was this opportunity to actually. Be able to engage with young right people that of course are fully interested in actually being part of the of the problem solving because that's why they're here. And just get really fresh perspective because there's a tendency once you've been in a certain settings for awhile then you you know you fall into certain ways. You see all the limitations. So what we're hoping to get here is to get this limitation free approach and get some really cool thinking because. That's what they do. It's really fun to try to find our solution for a problem that we were presented with. All of learning and not a lot of time like it's a very compacted experience. It's great. Everything in Danfoss is about the green transition and supporting an event like this called Beyond Sustainability, that's a perfect match to me. Then secondly, it's a local competition here, so I think. From all perspectives that make great sense from from our view, we have a lot of challenges ahead of us and these students are clearly a part of the solutions. It has been really interesting because we are first semesters and it's a new experience and being able to talk to another people that know more than us, it's been really nice. It's diverse, It's interesting. It's sort of event where lots of young people are putting a lot of energies into generating ideas and cashing out of business model, which is the most effective part because I think this is where most of the engineers lack the engineering things. We do, we always do that. We do them daily, we do them whenever we have some problem. But turning them into a business model, this is something really new and interesting for me and working on that part that has been so great so far. One of the great things that you see as a student is this that you actually trying something real case scenario and you're also getting the contact with companies like not only a startup like me but also massive companies whether potentially could be a job. Later on I'll gain some skills about teamwork and allocate. Some skills about interaction with companies. Companies are sometimes very formal when you go there, you go into a meeting, you sit down with some of these companies and they can be quite intimidating because you're like you're just a student and they're like CEO's are like high up in the companies and keep it quite intimidating and everybody's wearing suits and sitting down like and this way so and here meeting it and like just getting the feel of these people out from the companies. But they're just, yeah, chill, What a fantastic event we have created here. Again, you know the SU case competition, it's super unique. And I think it's really beneficial for students, for companies and also the university.
