Team’s Definition of Ready is identifying the items with the greatest value and works towards getting them to a ready state. Below are the 10 important questions to be discussed during sprint planning. 1. What is the goal for this sprint? 2. What user stories or tasks need to be completed during this sprint? 3. How will the team break down the user stories or tasks into smaller, manageable tasks? 4. What is the estimated effort or complexity for each task? 5. Who will be responsible for each task? 6. Are there any dependencies or constraints that need to be considered? 7. What is the timeline for completing each task? 8. Are there any risks or potential obstacles that may impact the sprint? 9. How will progress be tracked and reported during the sprint? 10. Are there any additional resources or support needed for successful completion of the sprint?
