According to a 10-year forecast by the World Travel and Tourism Council, Hong Kong will lead the world in terms of revenue from international tourism spending by 2032. Free economic policies are turning cities into oases. Singapore, Hong Kong and Dubai are prime examples. It is strange that no one in Europe wants to adopt the successful experience of these cities.
