It is amazing how fast time is flying when having fun :) With now three weeks onboard, I am already seeing the need for Nutanix help and support among the MSP`s cross NEEUR. We are all witnessing a disruptive marked where "one size does not fit all" and the interest for dual vendor agreement has become a need to secure steady, sustainable, scalable long term business strategy. It has been an overwhelming the first three weeks, listening and understanding the individual MSP`s situation and the ask for support and help – “Timing could not be better” is very common feedback to me. The interest for understanding better Nutanix marked position for delivering future proof Hybrid Cloud Platform with a stretch to Nutanix Alliances Partners for MultiCloud solutions is more important than ever! With .Next coming up in Barcelona Nutanix will be hosting customers and partners with a packed agenda, demonstrating Nutanix vision and strategy that will align with future IT investment in the IT evolution we are facing now. After nine days on the road, I figured a “Top Ten List” might be appropriate. As I get ready to depart from SJC to MSP a number of topics come to mind about the last week plus. 1) Taking care of yourself is a necessity on long trips like this one. I’m not sure it would have been doable if I didn’t have some PTO on the front end with Dana. See my prior post. 2) Traffic in California is no joke! 3) Our Customers are invested in seeing us succeed. It sounds obvious, but after participating in our Customer Advisory Board meetings this week, it’s inspiring to hear and receive their feedback… both positive and negative. Now it’s our turn at Nutanix to do something with that precious gift of feedback. 4) Spring in the Bay Area is nice, but it can be hit & miss. It was warmer and sunnier in MN a few days I was out here than it was in the Bay Area. 5) The amount of change and opportunity in Tech right now is crazy! I’ve been doing this thing called tech for more than a couple decades, so I can’t say it’s the craziest time I’ve seen, but the pace of change and disruption is right up there. 6) Hotel gyms are not created equal! I’m tempted to start sorting on gym quality before a few other categories. 7) Our top Partners are incredible! Following the CAB, mentioned above, we hosted a handful of our top partners in the Americas for the Americas Partner Senate. Their engagement, guidance, sponsorship and more was enlightening. When I think about the complexity and demands of their business, I’m humbled and thankful they were willing to invest significant time with Nutanix. 8) Back to back meetings in the office are 10x harder to juggle than they are working from home. 9) Prospective customers are leaning in, super engaged and beyond curious how Nutanix can solve their business problems and challenges. 10) The opportunity for Nutanix to solve real problems, whether technical, financial or operational is bigger than I’ve seen in the nearly nine years I’ve been here! Our time is now to help our Customers, Partners and Prospects. And a bonus number 11) CLEAR is no longer the fastest way through airport security. While at times it can be the fastest route, I’ve found as a frequent traveler, the line length and “random ID checks” are increasing significantly! I’d love to hear your thoughts and comments!

#2023Reflections: Part I - What is your story? Many of us go through the hustle of work life, forgetting to pause, reflect and take the moment to give ourselves some credit in what we do, the challenges we have overcome, and the ppl we have impacted. I am, of course 😂, one of the biggest culprit. This week, as I wrapped up the business travels ✈ for the yr and finally spend some time processing the changes that have happened to my role, my team and the organisation at large this yr, I felt an immerse gratitude for the opportunities that our leadership had provided (both past and current) in continuing my journey with #Citrix #NetScaler #CSG. 💪 Today, I stand proud to say that we have evolved to become a true ABM organisation with clearly defined strategy focused on driving hyper rev growth - deepen customers engagements, curated messaging and commitment to customers #hybrid journey. So here's my v2 summary of what I do at #Citrix:

One of the many benefits of 'community' is the knowledge we create TOGETHER. You throw a bunch of techies in a room from all walks of life, all cultures, different companies, and skill levels, and then add an ounce of care, a dap of love, and a pound of fun, and what do you get? A boatload of greatness! It's so true! We have been sharing, asking, and helping each other in the ControlUp Community for over a year. We helped many during that time, and we had some fun. But, we have also created a lot of knowledge. Yup! I tend to think in "goals, results, and BYPRODUCTS." I aim to create a place where we can learn, share, and grow together! Out of that comes many benefits and those 'byproducts.' One of my favorites is that knowledge. We can see it and share it so it grows a life of its own! Since day one, the ControlUp Community has posted over 760 articles on controlupcommunity.com. These articles are the 'juicy' threads from without our community. Those conversations help someone answer questions, think outside the box, etc. What can be created through the power of community is extraordinary! This is just one example! Life Update at Nutanix: 𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐃𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞! Personal and long post alert! Honestly, I don't know where to start and how to start because I never write personal posts, but I'm going to try my best. In a fast-paced world dominated by money, stardom, power, promotions, and superiority, there's a unique place I like to call the "𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝". Here, people need very little to give back to their organizations and those are: words of appreciation, acknowledgment of their work and efforts, humanity, a big heart filled with love and empathy, understanding for family and time off, flexibility, belief in their talent without micromanaging, a platform to learn, make mistakes, dwell and grow, mental health, true team spirit, and a real-time open door policy across all hierarchies. These values define a company that nurtures happy humans, and I couldn't be prouder to be part of this family called Nutanix my 𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝. At Nutanix The leaders are the most supportive, approachable, hungry, and encouraging individuals who stand by their team through thick and thin, serving as real role models. The team feels like family, encouraging team spirit and unity. A friend and well-wisher in a boss, colleagues ready to help in any time zone—these are just a few aspects of this "Happy Human World." The happy human in me felt, "Yes, yes, yes, I have done it, and I can do it." My confidence was instantly restored. I felt nothing but on the top of the world and promised myself to be even better as I unfold my journey here. Acts like these make Humans happy that push them to reach bigger milestones.
