SCOR is proud to announce that we have been awarded the “Prix d’Accompagnement de la convergence QVCT – RSE” award (Support for quality of life and work conditions – corporate social responsibility convergence prize) from the French Observatoire de la Qualité de Vie au Travail.   This recognition underscores our commitment to integrating social and environmental considerations like #DEI, employee health and #wellbeing, and social #engagement into our business strategy.   Join us in congratulating everyone at SCOR who has contributed to SCOR's Working Well Together program, SIGN , the SCOR for Good Community, and all initiatives that played a part in this achievement. Together, we're setting a standard for excellent working conditions in the insurance industry and beyond.

At SCOR, we believe that contributing to more resilient societies starts by empowering our employees, which is why we have developed our program #WorkingWellTogether around three pillars: DEI, health and wellbeing, and social engagement.   These efforts were recently recognized by the Observatoire de la Qualité de Vie au Travail, a French business consortium promoting Positive Workplace, who awarded SCOR a special prize : “Prix d’Accompagnement de la convergence QVCT – RSE”.   This award recognizes initiatives that have a positive impact on the environment, society, and the wellbeing of employees. In selecting SCOR for this award, the Observatoire noted that “SCOR stands out for its commitment to integrating social and environmental issues into its business strategy” thanks to its robust governance framework focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, workplace wellbeing, and community engagement.   Congratulations to all the SCOR employees who have been involved in the Working Well Together program, in particular Sabrina Kruse and her team, the SCOR Inclusion Global Network (SIGN ), the SCOR for Good Community and other initiatives that contributed to us winning this award. The work you are doing has a concrete impact for all SCOR employees - and beyond - as we contribute to fostering a positive workplace.
