A: I have been in the industry for a year. Q: What do you love/enjoy about the field? A: I enjoy learning about the whole process from start to finish. Q: What is one of your favorite things to do on your weekends? A: One of my favorite things to do on the weekend is explore thrift shops. Q: If you had a superpower, what would it be? A: It would self-replication. I could get so many things accomplished. Q: What’s your go to guilty pleasure song? A: "Dear Maria, Count Me In" by All Time Low Q: What is the worst fashion decision you ever made? A: The heels I would wear out for girls' nights in my early 20s. They were comfortable for about an hour and then regretted the decision for the rest of the night.

I’m writing to inquire about a question that’s been on my mind. You see I own a commercial building in Stony Creek Business park located at 146th and Hwy 37 in Noblesville Indiana. Over the years my wife and I have owned a couple of other buildings in that park as well. So with that said, my question is this. Since they are building a new state of the art Costco just across from our building on hwy 37, how might our property value be impacted now in the immediate future and also in the next 5 and 10 years?? What an attractive brand! We made a point to stop in Buc-ee's, Ltd. in Leeds, Alabama during the Grand Brand Tour on the way to and back from Atlanta today. Buc-ee’s reminds me of Stuckey's Corporation back in the last 80s and early 90s. My parents would meet my grandparents at the Stuckey’s on I-55 between Oxford and Jackson, Mississippi so we could go spend time with my grandparents (and looking back, so my parents could probably have some alone time!). The reason we stopped there was because it was centrally located (really between Jackson and Memphis even though it worked for us too), it had clean bathrooms, and also had all kinds of gifts and food in addition to gas. A very similar concept to Buc-ee’s but Buc-ee’s is much, much bigger! The Leeds location is situated between Memphis and Atlanta and has been packed the times we have been there. And even though it is packed, the efficiency of getting in and out, if that is your goal, is unreal. They also have great bathrooms which is a must to be the best! Buc-ee’s is a destination in and of itself. Truly inspiring!
