We are not simply a sponsor to our supported race teams. They rely on our technical expertise more than ever as the world of motorsport becomes increasingly complex, data driven and competitive. Our R&D department are constantly developing our technologies, and pushing the boundaries. The goal of releasing more and more power without compromising reliability. Every detail counts, and lubricant analysis is a critical component in ensuring peak performance and reliability. Samples are taken throughout each race weekend then tested for various parameters, including viscosity, contamination levels, and the presence of metal particles. These tests reveal how well the oil is protecting critical components, highlighting any issues that need to be addressed. This meticulous attention to detail helps to keep our supported race teams competitive and reliable on the track. We are much more than a logo on the side of a racetruck. #motorsport #sponsorship #technicalpartner #oilanalysis #syntollubricants #britishsuperbikes

Klotz R-50 is a lubricant developed exclusively for high-RPM, two-stroke racing engines with power valves. It uses a formulation that has been continually refined throughout Klotz’s six decades of experience in motorsports. Its anti-wear chemistry prevents scuffing and protects bearings and piston rings. A blend of dispersants reduces smoke generation and mitigates high-temperature carbon and varnish deposits. This formulation can be used with racing motorcycles, ATV/UTVs, snowmobiles, personal watercraft, karts, and micro sprints. Recent testing has also shown that Klotz R-50 works extremely well in vintage two-stroke motorcycles, including those that were manufactured very early in the 20th century. Klotz R-50 is intended for pre-mix only and is not suitable for oil injection systems. It is designed specifically to mix with gasoline.

Quickgrind has been at the forefront of solid carbide tool design and manufacture for more than fifty years. We share that passion and will collaborate with teams to meet the high demands of race car part production, always focussing on quality, innovation and speed (we maintain the quickest turnarounds of any major solid carbide tool manufacturer). Motorsport is a fiercely competitive global industry. Formula 1 is a prime example, where the UK plays a major manufacturing role, producing most of the cars and their components. In all forms of motorsport, from F1 to rally and endurance racing, the goal is to find more efficient ways to make the numerous parts of a race car. Design teams strive to create lighter yet stronger components, often resorting to innovative manufacturing techniques. They also experiment with materials to enhance performance since even a slight reduction in weight or improved aerodynamics can impact race results.
