Absolutely loved Khalid M. Sindi’s post about the recent Saudi King's Cup final. His reflections on Cristiano Ronaldo's emotional response are truly inspiring. Here are some key takeaways: Passion in the Workplace: Cristiano Ronaldo's reaction underscores the immense passion and dedication he brings to his work. It's a reminder of how vital it is to find that same drive in our own careers. Commitment to Excellence: Despite his numerous achievements, Ronaldo's emotional response highlights his unwavering commitment to excellence. This is a powerful lesson for us all to continually strive for improvement, no matter where we are in our professional journey. Resilience in the Face of Setbacks: Ronaldo's reaction also teaches us about resilience. Even the best face disappointments, but it's their ability to bounce back that sets them apart. Finding Personal Motivation: Your call to "find the Cristiano in you" is truly inspiring. It's essential to tap into our inner passion and commitment to remain motivated and engaged in our work. Thank you for sharing this profound perspective, Khalid. It's a powerful reminder of the importance of passion, resilience, and continuous self-improvement in our professional lives. #SkillWorkersLtd. #OverseasManpowerServices #ManpowerServices #OverseasManpowerAgency #ManpowerAgencyinBangladesh #ManpowerSupplier #ManpowerSourcingAgencyinBangladesh #BulkSkilledManpowerSupplyAgencyinBangladesh #GCCexperienceManpowerSupplyAgencyinBangladesh
Last night, the Saudi King's Cup football final was played. Al-Nasr FC lost to Al-Hilal on penalty shootouts. At the end of the match, Cristiano Ronaldo was seen crying on the sidelines for the heartbreaking loss. Many were surprised at his "over reaction". At his age and with his career and life achievements, he really doesn't have to prove anything further. He is already considered a GOAT in the sport. But his outburst of emotion showed something deeper. It showed his passion for his "job", and his continuous dedication, commitment and work ethic to be the best version of himself. It showed the "fire in his belly". So if you ever feel burnt out, stressed, frustrated or just bored in your job, try to find the Cristiano in you.

In fact Morocco's journey in Qatar should be an inspiration to the entire continent. And valuable lessons picked that success must be intentional and not luck. And that, it can be replicated over & over again if football people & government and managers of our game work together taking account dynamism, innovation, technology, good policies and FUNDING. - Investing in the right sporting infrastructures - Calling deserving players - Government(s) must be committed because the national team belongs to the people - Create dynamic, competitive and lucrative domestic league - Breaching the GAP between foreign based players & domestic players - 💯 Team patriotism - Proper & sufficient promotion of players from the junior national teams - A supportive voice ( the country should be behind the team) Etc.

WHY UAE NEED A GOOD CRICKET FORMAT LIKE KPL DUBAI The key to successful local cricket development in the UAE is to create a path for local players to develop their skills and have the opportunity to compete at the highest level & KPL DUBAI was the most successful cricketing format in this region while all the players who are based out of Dubai had the best moments of cricket with the the highet standards of T20 format and hope this starts again soon. (Local players can gain valuable experience and exposure to the highest levels of competition. This will also help build morale and community spirit as locals come out and support their local teams. Finally, by creating a system for local players to turn professional, they can create a sustainable career option and help the cricket industry grow in the UAE.)

⚽ Football fans are disappointed and upset! Here’s why: ⚽ 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐯𝐬. 𝐐𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐫 at the 𝐅𝐈𝐅𝐀 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐂𝐮𝐩 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐬 observed a controversial ruling. Even though Qatar's ball clearly went out of play, the referee's call to allow the goal sparked widespread criticism. ⚽ Despite giving their all, India's hopes were dashed, landing them third in Group A and crushing FIFA aspirations. ⚽ Regretting the injustice, Indian coach 𝐈𝐠𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐜 highlighted the necessity of integrating diaspora players for improved World Cup prospects. ⚽ Not to mention, 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧-𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫 Tahsin Mohammed Jamshid, using a temporary Qatari passport, remained on the bench for Qatar's national squad. He is expected to gain citizenship, signalling a transition from his Indian identity. ⚽ Furthermore, India's FIFA rankings have significantly dropped from 𝟗𝟗 in 2023 to 𝟏𝟐𝟓 in 2024. ⚽ Despite roadblocks, the journey continues and in due course, football in our country will thrive! The dark clouds hovering over Indian football will soon dissipate. #Football #IndianFootball #Sports #IndiaVSQatar #FIFA #India #Qatar #SportsNews #FIFAWorldCupQualifiers #BigHit #FootballNews #FootballUpdates #Updates #AIFF #IndianFootballTeam #SportsUpdates

Saudi Arabia has expressed keen interest in acquiring a substantial, multibillion-dollar stake in the Indian Premier League India (IPL), renowned as the world's most prosperous cricket league. Their proposed investment of up to $5 billion aims to spearhead an ambitious expansion into new territories, propelling the IPL to unprecedented heights. The IPL stands as the epitome of cricket leagues, currently overshadowing even the esteemed World Cup. With the potential backing from Saudi Arabia, this cricket extravaganza is poised to ascend to new horizons. Much like football's prior endeavor with the Super League, the IPL can be considered the Super League of cricket, featuring the crème de la crème of international players converging in a singular, thrilling tournament. #IPL #Cricket #SaudiArabia #SportsInvestment #superleague Bloomberg News

Simulation Exercise I remember, while growing up in the 90s and 00s, the Indian cricket team playing triangular and quadrangular tournaments regularly with the Sharjah tri series or the Sharjah Cup being a permanent annual fixture until the early noughties What this meant was India played multiple knockout matches in a year and were exposed to pressure cooker/ do or die situations with the objective being not just having to qualify for the final but also to win the do or die final match to win the tournament. In the last decade or so the Indian team by and large participates in bilateral ODI and T20 series which means the players are seldom exposed to do or die situations. If you remember, in the 2015 CWC, India defeated Bangladesh in the QF and went on to lose to Australia in the SF after having topped Group A in the round robin stage. Again in the 2019 CWC, the Indian team yet again topped the Group in the round robin stage and went on to lose the first knockout match they played in the tournament. This probably explains why the team performs well when it is not a do or die match and tends to falter while playing a knockout match. When we were in school or college, we were taught the importance of mock tests - I hope the team plays more knockout matches outside of World Cups in the future. PS : In the last T20 WC, India topped its respective group and the lost the first knockout match it played against England. I hope they reverse the trend later this year. #performance #cricket #management #simulation
