The big question now is what will happen to all Emiratis who joined the program since its inception in 2021 when 2026 comes around. The announcement was to support the employment of 75,000 Emiratis in the next five years, ending in 2026. Many employers believe Emiratis are only supported for five years, so they may choose to remain in the same jobs without NAFIS incentives. I think there will be more discussions about the future of this initiative. Will it support Emiratis indefinitely as long as they work in the private sector, or will the situation be different? Contract Nullity Due to Lack of Capacity: After four years, I find myself having discovered my true passion in contracts and contract drafting. Despite discussing numerous cases, whether simple or complex, criminal or civil, labor or commercial, I always find myself increasingly drawn to contracts and contract law. I believe I have finally found my calling, and this will be my focus as I continue in this profession. Contract nullity due to lack of capacity means that the contract becomes invalid or unenforceable if one of the parties lacks the legal capacity to contract. For instance, if a party is a minor or not fully mentally competent, the contract might be considered void. This means the contract is not binding and may be canceled or the affected party may be compensated #ContractPassion. #ContractNullity.
