📢 #Fina announced that the deadline for submitting annual financial statements for statistical and other needs for 2023 is April 30, 2024. With this announcement, Fina reminds all the companies who are obliged to apply the Accounting Act to submit their annual financial statements for 2023 to the Financial Agency in by the deadlines prescribed by the Law: - for statistical and other purposes until April 30, 2024, - for the purposes of public announcement, within 6 months after the end of the business year, - for purposes of public announcement, consolidated annual financial statements within 9 months after the end of the business year. By April 30, 2024, for statistical and other purposes, as part of the annual financial report, all companies should submit to Fina: - The balance sheet (bilanca) - Profit and loss account (račun dobitka i gubitka) - Additional data (dodatne podatke) For failing to submit necessary financial reports, large fines in the amount between 1.320,00 and 13.270,00 EUR will be applied to the companies, as well as from 660,00 to 2.650,00 EUR for the company managers. https://lnkd.in/dfqsEcxn

"It's worth mentioning that owners usually have basic numbers about their business in their heads. However, they often have no one to talk to about them and and make sure they haven't forgotten anything or overlooked something", says Jindra Boudal Predotova, managing partner of profid. Jindra  provides an example: A company has ten branches, and three of them are not profitable, or they break even. The owner wants to shut them down, but they no longer realize that these three branches absorb thirty percent of fixed costs. So, if they close three branches, they should also cut thirty percent of fixed costs; otherwise, they will have to allocate them among the remaining seven branches, and they will likely stop making a profit. The owner's initial thought of shutting down what's not profitable was correct, but it's essential to be aware of the subsequent effects. GNU negotiations and Cabinet consultations concluded, now for the names and CVs for quick vetting before Cabinet announcements Following a meeting of the leaders (President, John and IFP leader, and then negotiators and other parties in the the GNU - we are reliably informed that in the last 12 hours (whilst you sleep) a principle agreement was reached on all outstanding issues, that clears the way for the President to finalise his Cabinet. The agreement covers that the DA will get some six or so Ministerial deployment by the President at his discretion, their famous document considered input -some Deputy Ministers - DG they can review what is there and advice Cabinet (the AG to make input on DG performance review) and as guided by Ministerial Handbook, they will have full compliment of Ministerial staff. The DA guided by their Manifesto and interest of their funders have been interested in the economic cluster, they will get a mix of economic cluster and other clusters. The DA interest in the Deputy Minister of Finance is simply because the DM chairs the PIC - with R1.5 Trillion, the biggest investor in the JSE. They also want to be Deputy leader of Government business under the Deputy President Mashatile. The IFP is happy to secure KZN, one Minister and other parties will have Deputy Ministers and also chair of committees in Parliament. The DA and IFP will also get three and one MEC in Gauteng Government to be announced by Panya Panya today - We must congradulate our leaders for working so hard and being able to deal with this as fast as they are doing, it is not going to be easy, there are going to be teething problems, egos and bad unrefined bantu English, BUT we have a team to take us forward. I smell a cabinet announcement later today or tomorrow, but the President is attending to this matter.
