Posting this abeit late as a motivator to finish off my complete course pack. I highly reccomend the course for whoever is starting off in Product Management or interested in uderstanding the product life cycle. As a PMM, I think it is critical need to understand product management in order to know how to best place their Market-Fit. This course had this to offer; gave me an Understanding the PM discipline, looked into some famous product managers and their accomplishments, and how I can make my mark. Embedded-Customer Obsession. Learnt why successful PMs start from the customer and work backwards to the product, cultivating my intuition for this process. Ownership. PMs own their products and think long-term. Learnt how to keep my sights set on the long-term using tools like the PRD and PRFAQ. Finally to Think Big. PMs communicate a bold direction that inspires results. Learn't how to think and act big by selling MVPs and communicating opportunity to investors.
