This has been a most insightful course, and I very much enjoyed Chris Gibbons' engaging, honest, and story-telling approach to presenting the material. Using real-life examples from varying countries and organizations also assist with getting the message across clearly. Key takeaways: 1. Media training is crucial for professionals who engage with the media on behalf of their organizations (high cost to low trust); 2.
