We have a dedication position for a neurodivergent Indigenous Social Worker. We also have a designated position for a neurodivergent African Canadian Social worker. ADDvocacy is committed to upholding the values of equity, diversity, inclusion and human rights in our living, learning and work environments. The Power of Perfect Resume A well-crafted resume is crucial for making a positive impression on employers, showcasing one's qualifications, skills, and achievements tailored to the target audience. It should be concise, and engaging, and highlight achievements with quantifiable results. Someone, lacking extensive work experience should focus on enhancing their resume by incorporating industry-specific keywords and highlighting transferable skills from internships and volunteering. They should tailor their CV to impress the hiring panel, showcasing their analytical abilities and leadership potential, ultimately securing them a desired position despite their limited experience. This exemplifies the power of resumes in overcoming traditional barriers. It encourages individuals to invest in crafting effective resumes tailored to their strengths, regardless of their experience level, as it can open doors to their dream jobs.

Director of @jobsinltd - Children's residential Recruitment & Consultancy- Work With Your ♡ and Love the Job You Do
It’s never good when candidates cancel their interviews, but what I always keep in mind is that if they truly wanted a new opportunity they would attend. I don’t have time for people who waste mine. If you are serious about finding a new role then get in touch. If you are actively applying for roles on your area then it might be better to wait and see what happens with them >>> before contacting a specialist recruiter. This is because there’s a pretty good chance you will have already applied for the roles. Now on the other hand if you don’t want to be the one searching for a new job, trying to find the one that’s best written and judging if it might be a good company…then don’t, simply don’t apply for jobs. Contact me instead 😉
