A new leadership era for ALSO Group, the world's sixth largest IT distributor, as Wolfgang Krainz takes over from outgoing CEO Gustavo Möller-Hergt (who becomes Chairman). In the 12 years under Gustavo, ALSO has grown by almost 80%, expanded from 12 to 30 countries, more than doubled EBIT & net profits and built a billion dollar services business. Share price has increased by 5x. But ALSO's new leadership must navigate a complex set of challenges - the rise of new competitors, the threat from cloud marketplaces, the evolution of channel business models, and a rapidly changing technology environment - while returning ALSO's core business to revenue growth after a tough 2023.
