Here’s a few: ⭐️ Make it fun - we didn’t win our 1st game, but if score was kept for #teamspirit .. we dominated. ⭐️ Play on your Strengths - our indoor team includes past collegiate athletes & those looking to have fun. Know your strengths! Are you a striker or better at finding passing lanes? Bring each other up! ⭐️ Leadership Participation - what sales consultants don’t appreciate when a leader is willing to get in the weeds with you? Our leaders played (Barbie Matroni and me laced up!) and cheered along the sidelines - Erin MacLellan & Kevin Sullivan ⭐️ It gets Easier with Practice - tune up your trade and results will follow! I woke up a little sore today, but can’t wait for our next game #KPIrates it’s going to be an EPIC season!

Championship teams have championship teammates. I am an old coach and love hearing sentences like this. Tony Vitello is the head coach of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville baseball team. They won the college world series last night in dramatic fashion. Their team has been #1 a good portion of the year and he is an extraordinary coach. Take a peek at your team. Whether you are winning or losing much of the reason is because of your teammates. When we hire here at The Mullings Group, we look for individuals that thrive at being on a team. People that love to practice and play - together. You can see it when people celebrate for someone else or support them when things do not go their way. It perpetuates our high retention rate and encourages others to want to join. What questions can you ask during an interview to determine if someone is a championship teammate? Ask for specific examples of times they were on teams personally or professionally. What was memorable about that experience? What role did each person play? See how much they speak about themselves vs the team. What did the team do well? Where were there areas for improvement? What were the teams' successes? How? What were the teams' disappointments/obstacles? Why? How did the team make decisions? What did you feel when you joined that team? What did you feel when you left that team? Am I competitive? Yes, I am. Was I embarrassed about being competitive for a little while? Yes, I was. Now I own it. I realize competitiveness is relative to who you're surrounded by. When I was growing up my brother and sister loved competing in sports. Me? Not so much. Then I got into sales. That woke the competitive beast inside of me. It didn’t get unleashed until I started playing Pickleball. Own is the same as won with one letter in a different place. If you own who you are, you win more in life. I own my competitive nature—and that’s what makes it fun. #salesdevelopment #outbound #competition
